LAST WEEK’S PICK:

Last week’s pick – a solid 15″ Circle Y Barrel Saddle generated 20 bids and a winning bid price of $400. Not a bargain, but a fair price for a nice saddle.

THIS WEEK’S PICK:

This week, we’ve once again chosen a barrel saddle, but this time it’s a Tex Tan. Our pick is a very handsome 14″ Tex Tan Kristie Peterson Barrel  Saddle.

This saddle is in great shape and is one of those more traditionally western barrel saddles that I prefer. No psychedelic colors and exotic leathers. Just handsome carving, suede seat and rough out jockeys and fenders.

The seller has posted quite a few photos to provide a very good view of the saddle and gives the gullet width as 6 7/8″.

This saddle would be a nice ride for a youth or small adult. As of this writing, there are nine bids, but a high bid price of only $177.50. This one might be a bargain in the making.
