Some Hope For Achy Riding Knees

Riding can be tough on the knees. Having properly turned stirrups will surely help, but many riders still suffer from knee problems. Arthritis, sprains, and other knee injuries can make matters even worse.

miracle-knee_1.jpgA friend of mine with bad knees has been using a knee brace especially designed for riding by the folks at Professional’s Choice. It’s called the Miracle Knee Support and is made of neoprene and offers a lot of support without being overly binding and bulky.

My friend is a big fan. He has been able to ride longer and more often since starting to use the brace.

So, if aching knees are cramping your riding style, you might want to give this brace a try.
