High Horse: Circle Y’s New Budget Saddle Brand

Circle Y is introducing a new budget saddle line called "High Horse" that will be a stand-alone brand featuring trail, barrel, cutting, roping ,and show saddles. They describe the saddles as "entry-level" but claim to have reduced the cost without sacrificing quality. Huh? Must be magicians.

There isn’t currently a lot of information available on the line. In fact, as of the date of this post you can’t find anything on the Circle Y website about the brand. But some High Horse sadles are already appearing for sale on eBay, and despite Circle Y’s intent to make this a stand-alone brand, the saddles are being sold as a Circle Y product by some resellers.

It’s too early to give an evaluation of the brand, but be a smart shopper and don’t be fooled into thinking that a High Horse saddle is the same as a Circly Y saddle.

I have recently purchased a High Horse saddle. I sat in the Cirlce Y saddle right next to it, and yes it has the fancy tooling on it,ect. BUT….the saddle is identical as far as the fit, the comfort of the seat, I actually couldnt believe it. If they hadnt been sitting right next to each other in the shop where I could hop on & off of each of them to compare, I wouldnt have been able to really appreciate the value of a deal I got. I am very pleased!!
