 National Ropers Supply (also known as NRS) is a major retailer of horse tack and western lifestyle products with an emphasis on roping. They have a line of eproducts, including saddles, produced under the NRS name that are nice, solid, well crafted pieces of tack.

This week's pick is one of NRS' roping saddles. This is a good sized, solid roping saddle in good condition. It has a 7inch gullet, roughout fenders and side jockeys, suede seat, geometric tooling pattern on back jockeys, skirts, fork and cantle. Ropers tend to have a smaller seat on their roping saddles so that they can be held in as they maneuver and swing their rope, so a 14 1/2" inch roping saddle is a common size for an average-sized man.

This would be a very handy saddle for someone interested in roping.
